some time in the next ten years I am
1. Going to be a somewhat famous/popular artist. (At least enough to sell something—Is that too much to ask for?)
2. Going to publish a novel or two. (I’m no Neil Gaiman but I can sure as heck be the next Cinda Williams Chima or something.)
3. Going to work for Weta Workshop in New Zealand. (Those guys are awesome and so is New Zealand.)
And when you hear about me because of any one of those things, you won’t really care because you never saw this post that I wrote on a dark and generally uninteresting night before my senior year of college.
And right now all I can do is keep writing, painting, and wishing the folks at Starbucks would call me back and hire me so I don’t default on my car payments. I do actually make really good coffee (as well as write, paint, and dream about impossible things).
